REFUND POLICY

  1. For online shopping, customers directly order products at SalePointer platform and receive products in delivery.
    1. Products sold on SalePointer platform are handled by SalePointer.com, please ship your products back to our office and once we verify the quantity and quality of products, we will refund you via original method of payment up to 3-4 weeks.
  2. For in-store pickup, customers who directly purchase products or services or place orders on SalePointer platform and pick up at stores.
    1. Refund will be released back to your original method of payment in 3-4 weeks, provided that the merchant received your product returns and verified its quantity and quality condition.
